If we report contributions from your promotion, you may see from your crowdfunding campaign backend that you know the people who contributed.
Keep in mind, your posts only show up in 2-10% of your followers' feeds. Paid promotion not only reaches out beyond your network, but also within your network, bringing your posts to way more of your followers as they're a great target for contributions.
